Our new bathroom process

Step 1 - Design Services
Our bathroom designer will make an appointment to come and see you at a time which is convenient to you. After taking room measurements and getting some customer feedback on design ideas we can then begin to create a CAD design based around the information you have provided.

Step 2 - Supply
The majority of our customers do opt for a full design, supply and installation service. This means you can relax, knowing that your project is in safe hands. We have a vast array of well known brands for you to choose from and you are welcome to visit our showroom to view in greater detail.

Step 3 - Installation
Our team will manage the full installation from start to finish and turn to dream bathroom into reality. All aspects of the removal of the existing bathroom and installation of the new one will be covered, including: plastering, tiling, plumbing, electrics, removal of waste. Step 4 - After Care
Once our installation is complete, you will have the opportunity to complete our customer feedback form. Additionally, our team are available to revisit your property after the installation is complete should you need our assistance.Your satisfaction is paramount to us and we aim to do everything possible to ensure that you are delighted with your new bathroom.
